Sasha is a beautiful young sable German Shepherd. She has the warmest brown eyes that will
just melt your heart. Sasha is wonderful with kids. She loves to give them kisses. She is great
with other dogs. Big and small. She has made great friends with the foster's youngest dog.
They play for hours. Sasha loves to be brushed and loves to lie quietly and chew on her bones.
She enjoys being in the same room as people and will sit in the kitchen and quietly watch
people cook. She has to be in a household where there are no cats. Sasha is housebroken,
and is very good about going in to her crate when asked to. She is doing very well walking on a
leash and with learning how to sit. She is very smart and learns very quickly. This sweet girl
needs to find her forever home where she can bond with her person. Her coat is sable colored
and has beautiful sparkles throughout - she is a unique beauty! Her frame is smaller thus she is
easy to handle. She really is an amazing dog who is ready for her forever family.
August 2, 2010 update: Sasha is doing well. She is starting to put on a little bit of weight and is
continuing to build a very nice beautiful coat. She is a gem with the crate training. She gets fed
in her crate amd enjoys it.
She is a character. I had a metal bucket I had left outside. Sasha and Baley think it is the
greatest toy in the world. They grab it and fling it and chase it. The two of them love to play tug
of war with anything they can find. They have become pretty good buds and we feel like she wil
fit in nicely with a home with other dogs or by herself. She has a lot of spirit and spunk in her. It
is almost as if she is just figuring out how to play. She is a joy to watch!
We have been walking her on a leash which is going a lot better, she is so curious! She is
getting better at recalling to her namel. She loves to chew on her bones. She is content as can
be to just lay there with her bone. I could go on about her for hours. I hope that someone will
think she is as wonderful as we do!!
