Quiggly is a German shepherd mix, he is neutered, micro chipped, & between 2-4 mos old. The check out
person at Petco took him in her arms and didn't want to give him back. Quiggly was saved from death row
in San Antonio. He is very smart and knows to go potty outside and I called him that because his tail wags
90 to nothing and his whole body wags with him. So I started calling him Quiggly Wiggly and I think it fits.
